Thanks so much! So with linked in I see Canva has an option for Linked in Profile and Linked In Page. What's the difference? I was only able to link to the profile. Also, any idea how to connect to our Google Business Page? That would be extremely helpful
Hi Nancy! In LinkedIn everyone has a profile but you can also set up a page (if you want) for your business - just like what you can do in Facebook. Hence the two options. There's no way right now to post directly to your Google Business Page, but maybe someday? 🤷♀️
thanks for the vid but how am I going to add the @ function in the pot that I will schedule? Like having a piece of text and let's say I want to include @Your Tech Coach. On linkedin your account will pop up and I can click on it and the link will be included in the text. But how am I gonna do this through Canva?
You can put whatever you like in the post, including @ references. If you are asking if you can put in an @ to search for an id, then no, for that you'll want to download the image from Canva and post it the usual way in LinkedIn.
I have recently been watching you TH-cam video on the above; very helpful. Wondered if you could help with the following related query? My query is I want to upload a document but what template do I use to upload it to CANVA initially please. Do I: a. write the post in a word document and upload this to CANVA; if so how? or do I use another document to upload it? I’m not sure, I have searched, if you have uploaded a TH-cam tutorial for this but if you have do you have a link? Alternatively any guidance you can give would be really appreciated.
I'm glad this was helpful! You can upload the file using the upload option you'll find at the top of the site, or to "Create a Design" and select upload from there. Once you have it uploaded, you can use it in whatever project you want. Hope this helps!

Maybe? It depends on what you mean by "sharing an article" - you can add text to the image you are scheduling, so I guess if the text fits, that might achieve your goal.

Hey there! I have created a carousel i.e multiple images but canva isn't letting me post all of those in a carousel form at the same time on my business profile. Is there a solution for it?
@@YourTechCoach It's impossible to follow steps that don't exist on Canva. Article states: "From the Share menu, select the “Carousel Post” option." - Canva Pro user here, there is no "Carousel Post" option.
There are a few possible reasons for this...but since functionality is still in beta, I'm thinking maybe they pulled it while they make adjustments. Could also be that you aren't in the beta group, or maybe LinkedIn has shut off access for some reason (hopefully temporarily).

When you select "Share" look for "Share on social" then pick LinkedIn page. From there, go to the droplist at the top and select the page there. Hope that works for you too!

Hi Jane! I'm not sure if you asking about just LinkedIn or in general, but you can use hashtags (#) and the "@" symbol in the post text, which works as a tag. Hope this helps!
Great question! I've tested this and have had success on some platforms, but so far on LinkedIn I only get a still image posted, not the full video I tried to post. Hopefully they'll get that rolling soon - although to be fair, it may be something that LinkedIn is restricting...

For some reason mine LinkedIn has an error and won't connect since today so I am unable to connect
There were some glitches in the beginnng but it should be working now. If not, reach out to Canva support and they'll do their best to help!
