    I am having the exact same problem!!!! What is the issue?

      Here's the info they sent me - it took a couple of tries, but it in the end worked!...
      First, remove Facebook and any Instagram accounts you have connected in Canva. Then repeat the connection process for Instagram (which will also connect Facebook).
      FWIW, after I disconnected everything, I logged out of Canva and then logged back in before I did the reconnect process. I don't know if that helped, but I did finally get it to work the way I needed!
