Unfortunately I do not have yet a scale to check the total weight of the bike builds, I surely plan getting one for the future! Budget difficult to say exactly as some components were already on the bike when Simone took it to me but basically the fairing kit is around 900-1000 euro
I like this alot, makes working on wiring of ktm 890 easier also. I would wish a small fairing extension adjustable could be possible for travelling on the long road to the mountians. the rest looks spot on.

Hi Manuel, I love the look of the ultralight tower on the 890 adv r!! The best looking frontend on the market. I would buy the tower immediately for my 890, if I would be sure, that the German TÜV like it as well :-). Is the combination of the lights and the windshield street legal in Germany? Will there be a corresponding TÜV certificate?
I installed this kit on my Off-Road Nuda. With the optionally offered and approved Hella headlights, there were no problems with the German TÜV. You can definitely feel the larger mass around the steering axis, but you get used to it.
I would have been interested in the final weight with the lightweight tower and the single brake disc in the front and the removed fairing in the rear.
I'm not usually a fan of the 890, cool bikes but I don't like fat chicks but this 890 is badass! I'd ride the wheels off that thing, super cool build and looks better dirty.
I had those Acerbis Rallye handguards with the spoiler just like that on my XR650L in the 90s. Highsided, and it completely destroyed my right wrist, broke navicular, etc. Still only have 30 degrees of movement in wrist. Yeah, they are not "safe" from injury, maybe just less crowded than alum.
The tank is made by Rade Garage. I think Rade Garage is a direct competitor to Rebel X, so that is why he didńt name the brand. I have that tank setup with their tower and my 2019 KTM 790 that was the worst looking bike I ever had IMHO now is one of the coolest.

I totally agree! Total weight (reduction) would be the most interesting detail of the vid.

@@ManuelLucchese1 If you have it at home you can put the bike on 3 classic human scales (wheels and sidestand) and make an addition
