We never comment on any videos .. but decided to spread awareness. First thing strategy built on historical data and backtracking done on same historical data ..so it was supposed to work 101% . Hi Bro.. I would like to give some points which I have observed. @13:54 the result shows 22% ROI... But when you calculate the brokerage it comes around Rs.17,000 totally.. So after brokerage and taxes, the return comes to 14.5%, which is also good, since the DD is very less but have to calculate for different VIX..

YOU Have taken two data points. One is the Range( h-l) and other is perhaps the abs value of ( Close-Open). The STD of abs( C-O) you have juxtaposed against the Range as the premises? What about the STD of the Range H-L??? its a bit confusing as You are using Mean of H-L and STDV of C-O?

Two reasons it is not going to work in real trading:
1. Brokerage and taxes will eat most of profits as daily profits are too low.
2. If you trade with bigger lots then your stop lot will be hit randomly even if the price in charts never reaches your stop loss price and you will find that in backtest stop loss is not hit for the same trade.
So effectively these strategies does not yield any profits. I have tried them myself.

@@coolmonkey5269any trader who trades regularly knows it. It does not happen daily but happens atleast twice or thrice a month minimum and all profit you see in backrest is loss in your real trading account .
Hi Saketh, you are taking 15min timeframe but 2dte 1 dte and 0dte will run for 5hrs. Also 0.1 delta price will not be same for all days. During 0dte it might be 10 rs also. Pls let me know if am wrong..thanks!

You can buy nifty etf and then you can pledge them.. This way nifty will give 12 and this will givr 15@@OnlyOption116
At 10.39 there will be no slippage . Also finvasia does have ultra low brokerage. That is not a concern. The problem with SL based system is that if you continue this type of trading daily, then your whole capital is going to wipe out in one day if there is any black swan even during the day as it happened earlier..stop loss will not trigger and boom. 😊

Thanks for sharing, more than the strategy its more about the process and the method that is very helpful. Added variation of Nifty strangle (Sell) and Nifty (Buy) for the last 1 month to my setups. Nifty OTM sell system R:R is less with broker commissions it has been very low. Moving to a low brokerage account. Also had submitted request to Alpha waiting for response

why did you take only 15min time frame and how does it make sense to use the strategy fot the whole day? you should be using it only for any 15min in a day right? I din't get the logic clearly?

Sir it is good. But we must trade in more lots. Since if one side SL is hit then profit by one lot is little to meet brokerage etc.
Thank you sir, if possible can you set midcap nifty strike price difference of 25 basis points like in stockmock ( currently the difference is of 50 points in fin target) so it will be easy to deploy backtested strategy !

Nice video the only problem with this strategy is that it will not give more than 1% in a month and 12% in year is max, so it is better to invest in MF
At time stamp 6:00 why you mentioned that the movement of option premium should not be more than Rs.10? Can you please explain the calculation.

Backtest seems like 1:1 lots of Nifty & Bank Nifty so on monday only Banknifty trades will executes so remains same lots on monday ?

Hi Saketh..Believing you, have opened an account in firstock and connected to fintarget for automation trade..but trades are not done for the entire day..checked for continuous 3 days..Trades are not executed.when I contacted firstock they asked to contact fintarget.The customer care people say strategy is running..but I can see manually the strategy working.but automation failed.pls promote genuine platforms..

Bro i created a account today at fintarget and added 2 strategy. Opened developers account on Zerodha as well, Will both the strategies will work for me. Do i need to pay any amount fintarget for monthly subscription.. Bcoz u said only 1strategy will work for free

@@jagannathan9147 Brother with Zerodha you will have a monthly 2k on trading api charge/month and 20 per order + other charges. This will eat away the profits on lower lot execution. You would have to go for a higher lot size. With 5 L it would be 2 lots max and probably you not good from a R:R point of view. You can try shifting to low brokerage and zero api charge if you are trying it out.

Hello Saketh, clarify me one thing...as per the back test, avg profit/month is 1000-1200/- with one lot . in a month 12 trades , so 12 * 2legs brokerage which is higer (or equal) than the profit. Or am I missing something? Thank you. Appreciate your efforts.
It works pretty well with more lots. One lot most of it will be gone in brokerage

Hi Saketh, Right now I am in Canada till MArch end. Will this work , if I set the laptop clock to India IST. I tried once with nifty but did not seem to work . But it seemed to work with immediate option. But not sure if stoploss trailed

The delta of 0.1 wil result in a S.L of 10 only if the ATM is at 100 rs right?
So,we are selecting 25 Rs options ( 0.1 D) based on the premise of avg range of 15 min candle as100 from the historical data irrespective of whatever is the current ATM price of the option ..am I correct?
0 Returns if we just add 0.5% realistic Slippage to it. Doesnt make much sense

this is totally misleading. Saketh, pls read and reply! I fully respect your data and analysis - but:
why SEBI report says 90% retailers lose money in FNO trading?
back to your data, a delta of 0.1 = 20 rupees premium in one side
Let us say, u make 10 out of this or 20 both CE and PE together.
but max range or deviation is 989 which is your loss...
So, to cover this 989 plus brokerage plus charges plus some slippages, u have to make at least 50 to 80 profitable trades (989 divided by profit per trade). On this profit, u pay 25 to 30% tax which is another factor. whereas, in equity u pay 10 or 15% only.
This is quite draining your energy, confidence and capital as well.
