That's awesome, I was sitting at my desk and enjoying your video and to my surprise, there was my room. Thanks for the inclusion, I always enjoy the room set up videos.
The room with the lit up ceramic owl on their receiver; I’ve got the same exact one! It was my mom’s! She passed way when I was eight. I’ve got it on top of my speaker.
Great video, reminds me of the way my setup back in the day before I went all digital. Now all my CD's are stored in boxes with now my setup just being my sound system with a computer and external hard drives connected to a HDMI port. This is what happens when you have to downsize and have less space.
Loved all the setups. If you as the owner like what you have then keep on rocking. Was shocked not to see one Bob Dylan poster by Milton Glaser on any of the pics.
Because I've been in "moving" mode for the last 10 years, I haven't been able to happily create an ideal storage/listening room for me collection. Due to that and the fact that my collection has outgrown my storage furnitures and shelving, I'm having trouble deciding on what I'd like. Not to mention not knowing what space I'll be working with for the next time I move which should be a final or next to final resting place for all my media. Videos like yours help the decision process but too many choices makes it difficult as well. First time viewer by the way. Cheers to your content.
To answer your questions, the speakers are Tannoy Legacy Eatons. It’s a tube phono stage and tube amp. The other turntable is a dedicated mono deck with a mono cartridge. Love your channel! And you’re just up the road from me (Waco). I need to get up there to do some record shopping!
Cool video! Thank you for sharing. Got to get my hands on that elevated playing record display stand! Probably mine would not hold a STYX record :) but it sure is a cool setup! And I'm looking forward to joining the NTXnowspinning community (as a curious but dedicated rookie).
*Frank Diaz...I see that Chase album on the right over there. This is such a coincidence because I was just listening to that album on 03-12-24. So good. My compliments!
@22:00 Mr. Williams right turntable looks like a Dual 500 series automatic based on the shape of the plinth. I could be fooled by the shadowing underneath. If it is a Dual then the plinth is just a wrap around the turntable mechanism. The table is on a floating carriage that prevents the tone arm from jumping out of the grooves when you're walking heavily. I wonder why they quit making them that way? If it's not a Dual I would be interested in knowing what it is.
05:02 Put the Kallax the right way up. That cabinet is on its side and will end up collapsing. At the very least the top of those legs should be supporting the end panels of the unit. But still, the entire weight of the records is sat on the dowels of those shelves.
I am going to be that guy. Sorry and all that, except for two rooms, considering the expense, time and effort, speaker placement is the worst I have ever seen. The speakers stacked on subs in corners, honestly. Why go to all this effort and not care about even the most basic setup for sound.

Vynils' sound, which we call as analog sound, are actually once was passing through digital (audio) stages too
I would love to send you some of my pictures of my setup here in Tampa Florida
Awesome video! I don’t see it in the shop but any chance you sell the NTX/KISS shirt?

Do you have those NTV kiss shirts for sale?
Feeling a bit cynical about all these guitars on the wall?! My thinking is any adult displaying an instrument should be really, really good 😮
I dunno 🤷♂️ I’m sure there’s plenty of people who collect them regardless of how much of an expert they are
I am going to be that guy.

You do you. Most people don’t even know “speaker placement” is a thing.
Fantastic vid! Thanks for including me
Thank you too!
