    I got promoted in my warehouse to a position that requires a bunch of typing. My hands are cramping so much. This video is exactly what I need.

    I cant even reach my other hand to that opposite shoulder without strain or turning,, it seems its a nuerolgical problem that i am having a time helping, now my legs are shaking sitting to write this

    Should I be concerned that instead of feeling good, a lot of these stretches hurt? I am only 22 but I am usually pretty ache-y.

      When muscles are tight or sore, stretching can be uncomfortable. Mild discomfort in a stretch is okay, but you don't want to feel any pain. If it hurts, back off the stretch. Always go into and out of stretches slowly and gently.
