Your welcome 😂👍, easily done, too easily done. Good luck staying focused on your MBA studies sounds intense. Hope your managing to work on something that you enjoy working on 😊.
Thank you Michael 🙏. It’s funny I was in Tenerife when I filmed that and it was lovely but I am happier right now in a wet British winter more in the moment that I have ever been 😊.
This is an amazing message I think everyone should see this because nobody has to give up on things like I want to do digital art but for now I can't I am saving money but for now I am using simple pen and paper and it's not a bad result even if something doesn't turn out the best I am still happy whit it and friends can help i got supportive friends in real life and discord and I really don't know where would I be whitout them now because (I really really hate to talk about this) I suffer from depression I kinda tested if I have depression multiple times and turns out I do it's bad but little things like when someone likes my drawings or the stuff that I do in general because whenever I see a comment saying that they liked it it brings a smile to my face every time but that doesn't mean you always need to say that it's good if you say that it's bad it's totally fine I know how to control feelings and all that but I am getting a bit off track. So basically an amazing message that you should follow but you don't need to feel forced in doing it just do what you like ok?
Thank you, and well done for being brave enough to share. I have been suffering from extreme anxiety levels for the past 6 months, which is why I have not managed to post since this video. I am much better than I have been, but I get what you say. Something that has helped me is the saying day by day, just taking one day at a time, yesterday is over and tomorrow is not now, much easier to say than do but valuable all the same. I also came across this poem recently, which I really like th-cam.com/video/MBCfAbZZjqY/w-d-xo.html. . Stay strong, my friend 🙂.
@@AlexSamuels hi so this is not relevant to the video but when you can could you make a video about an animation tablet that you could plug in into my pc? Or if you can't do the video then a link maybe? I just want to know from you
@@arandomdudeontheinternet9310 I’m confused by “plug it into my pc”? What’s the question 🤔😊. I am not likely to do a video on a specific tablet for drawing tablet though as I can’t draw, unlike you with your awesome skills 👍. I think there is a world of wacom tablets out there but I make a living from writing and typing so I have never spent much time looking at those sorts of tablets. I am a little interested but not the right person to properly test them out and compare them.
I LOVE this sooo much Alex! What a wonderful uplifting and simple video! It is a powerful reminder! On a different note I very much like this change in video focus, I feel you could easily integrate these types of inspirational tidbits and moments into your tech video channel from time to time! They are life skills of a different kind and remind us about the simpler things in life on the road to tech exploration. Byt he way I am reading an AMAZING book called...UNWINDING ANXIETY by the author Judson Brewer (actually I have the audible audio book) Which book were you referring to?
Thanks Leila, I have just bought the book now off your recommendation it looks good 👍. Also thank you re the compliment of this video, it’s nice to be able to do these videos. I think it’s just getting the balance right, as it stands I will get more views on my tech videos but I will definitely be doing as much of this kind of content as makes sense. 😊. I wasn’t referring to any book directly, but we learn and read so much I am sure I have stolen it from somewhere that doesn’t spring to mind 😂.
Hi Gary, Happy New Year 😊. Yes defiantly, although that has been the case since about November / December I am hopefully to start to get videos out soon. 2021 particularly the second 1/2 was a difficult year and I am hoping to start 2022 with more balance and focus. I loved your video from 4 months ago I think you have a great camera presence. I am really interested what are your TH-cam plans for 2022?
@@AlexSamuels thanks Alex - yes I’d like to do some more but it’s finding the time and getting into the habit of it. Thinking of changing the channel to just my name or something generic and broadening the video topics a little bit to get some practice and be ‘more me’ Hope this year is good to you and look forward to seeing some more stuff. I like the digital minimalism stuff and this video topic too.
@@habitpunk As simple as it sounds, and I know it's not, remember that we never find the time but make the time to do things. But you're right about it being a habit; I got out of the habit of making videos and will make the time to get back into that habit in 2022. I think a channel name change would be significant to free up your creative options. I look forward to seeing your progress this year 👍.
@@AlexSamuels yes.. I’m reading Allan Car Smart Phone -Dumb Phone - if I can crack my digital addiction and put the time I waste to other uses I’ve cracked it. Also have 2 kids, a job and relationship so it’s always a balance. But yes! Make the time is key isn’t it. Remarkable is helping too so maybe I’ll do a video on how I use that at the moment.
I must be studying for my MBA exams, but I am watching youtube. thanks for reminding me what I have to do now!

This is an excellent message about something we usually forget; me, the first :)
Well done on being the 1st comment 👍. I really appreciate the positive feedback 😊.
An awesome message! Thank you :)
And thank you for the positive comment 😊.
Wonderful message! The truth in general... most of us are rushing to the future forgetting the present - what we have now
Thank you Michael 🙏. It’s funny I was in Tenerife when I filmed that and it was lovely but I am happier right now in a wet British winter more in the moment that I have ever been 😊.
thank you Alex! I know exactly what you mean about thinking if only I had whatever new and shiny device...stalling and procrastination at it's best ;)
Thanks Michael 👍
This is a great reminding Alex. Thank you!

Unless we set ourselves a deadline to each release a video by next Wednesday? Deadlines help me 😂
