My first Purple bed trial was in a soft version of this model. It felt very comfortable. I immediately noticed its rapid response time. Super SLAM bounce back speeds! LOL
Unfortunately, I do not. We've not tested that newest version. My guess would be that it split the difference between the soft and firm. As a result, it's probably a 6 out of 10, medium-firm feel.
Having spoken to several reps about this issue, they told me that the version that is sold in all of their showrooms is the soft version. There’s nothing in between. 80% of the returns for this bed were in the firm version hence why they felt it was not in their best interest to continue manufacturing them. If you want to purchase the firm, you need to contact customer service and they will create a custom cart for you with that version in it online. However, you cannot try out that version because it’s not found in any of the showrooms.
