Introduce phones into cells... asap... Increase canteen to twice a week Seek out and abolish Drugs... as a paramount goal. Encourage exercise, implement more courses, catering for all levels of intelligence. Pay inmates a little more Cater for ALL prisoners in terms of courses... Offer incentives to work towards, such as Cat D giving staged breakdowns of performance or otherwise. Stop giving out NEGATIVES, they can be somewhat soul destroying for a certain mindset. My 6 years and 3 months of incarceration afforded me these experiences to share with you. All in all, great step forward Governor. Wishing you well with it...

Well said my son is in this prison he's asked to be shipped out as he's not safe or to be moved wings where he does feel safe he's not perfect but he knows ife he goes back to the wing he was on it will be him or someone that will be hurt he's had to get himself in trouble to o stay down the block as he don't want to go back to his wing and still there not listening and nothing is being done about it they mix the rapists and murders all in different wings I'm worried for hes mentle health
