Don’t touch the colored springs. Even if there are ones that bounce you back and forward, it still counts as a spring, and upwars and downward’s spring

How to use Tails: for me, (PS5) hold up and jump twice. It's gonna be a bit hard as Sonic considering the insta-sheild and the drop dash is activated.

From the start of the Sonic 1 section I was just waiting for you to hit that spring at the end of a tunnel. I KNEW that'd be how you lost lol.
How to use Tails in Sonic 1, 2 and 3. 1. Press and hold up. 2. Press jump 2 times while holding up. 3. Jump to Tails and he will carry you. 4. Keep pressing jump to make him go up and let go of jump to make him fly down gently.

Little tip for Sonic Adventure : if you press the action button (the one that you spin dash with) while sonic is a little ball with a super energy,sonic breaks his momentum and he can cancel his homing attack,(i don't know if it has a name but i like calling it "The Momentum Breacker") like in the chaos 0 fight you should just have pressed the action button and sonic would just have stopped homing on chaos (this also works with the light attack if sonic is just spinnung around a badnik press the action button and sonic will stop spinning around) this can help in platforming but can kill you,especilly if you spam dash,like if you remember if the video "if i touch a color the video ends" in SA1,in lost world you were spam dashing because a boulder was chasing sonic and then there was a little void and sonic just fell of like a rock,well that was the momentum breaker.
