Devon has to work on her arm control as she runs. She looks like she's struggling to swim and appears to be let up at the end. She needs to fully follow through and control her arms. To be great, you have to work on form. Form is very important when sprinting.

Make sure not to do too much gym work too early, leave that for later. It has shown to have a negative impact on females once they transition to college or senior. This does not seem to affect males but it seem to have this effect on females. I look forward to hearing about these girls in the future. Let's keep the Jamaica vs US rivalry going.
