You know, since you like Almond Joy, you could use chocolate pudding mix and sort of make an Almond Joy pie, without the almonds of course. I think I’d be inclined to do that, because I also love chocolate and coconut together. Yum!

Everyone I did make this and it is delicious 😋 I ised a box box of vanilla pudding mix unstead of using 2 small boxes cause that's what I had but make her recipe is wonderful you will love it. ❤️ 👍

Seems most everybody is making pudding pies these days...as delicious as they are I can't think of them as pie the way I knew it growing up. Always with the baked crust & baked meringue topping... The ones they use to serve in cafe & restaurants. The filling was always cooked & made from scratch..... No offense, the instant pudding ones are delicious too. Especially refreshing in warm weather, 🤗

I made this pie and was disappointed. It was entirely to stiff. I used french vanilla pudding. Did that make the difference?

You can do 1/2 cup whole milk and 1/2 cup light cream to get 1 cup half & half.
