  • hello friends, adding another video in my Nainital tp Hyderabad Road Trip series. this video covers, multiple ADAS features that you get in honda Elevate, along with their practical usage.
    1. Lane Keep Assist - you can start this feature when speed is above 72kmph, as s0on as it gets below this speed, lane keep assist will be disabled.
    2. Adaptive cruise control - you can start this feature when speed is above 40kmph,as s0on as it gets below this speed, you will need to increase speed manually before you can resume.
    3. Lead car departure notification - when car is stopped at some traffic signal or anywhere else, and car in front of you starts to move, your car will give you notification.
PLEASE NOTE: Even with adas tech in the car, you need to be fully responsible and always be attentive to the road conditions.

In india we don't need lead car departure notification, driver of the car behind you will notify you before your car😂😂

In fact making that particular video was very awkward and difficult , as drivers behind me kept honking if I was taking 2 seconds more to move my car 😂😂

Very well explained. Exactly the video i have been looking for . 1. Do you think the Honda sensing is worth a buy going for the ZX version from VX ? 2. Is the adaptive cruise control based on radar or just a camera 3. Did you feel the collision avoidance was overwhelming at times for the Indian traffic where it would abruptly brake which might cause rear collisions ? ( some feedback i saw online) 4. What speed does this feature kick in ? I personally like these features but i am not sure if its a bit overkill for the Indian traffic. Appreciate your response.

Yes honda sensing is worth it, you will thank yourself for the coice during long drives , especially in highways!!

Nice video. Did you observed any cabin noise ? I see many people are complaining. Please share your honest feedback.

Yes I did, it didn't bother me much though

@@Shotgun_vlogs is the noise comes when you try to acclerate ? Or can you hear the noise from outside traffic for example if the truck/lorries/bus or bullet vehicle passes next to honda elevate . I was confused when people complain about cabin noise, is it engine noise or traffic noise from outside.
      Please share your valuable inputs.

    • @Shotgun_vlogs

Engine noise mostly, outside noise is not much of an issue here as per my experience!

@@Shotgun_vlogsYou observe only engine noise when we try to accelerate too much right ?? And i can ignore outside traffic noise like lorries, cars and motor vehicle horn sounds right ?

Features to prevent collision and others might be irritating in city sometimes so is it possible to turn off all the adas features?

Yes, they can be turned off, but will reset once you restart your car!

    • @Shotgun_vlogs

Hey, I think you can wait to compare value for money in both cars. Creta facelift is supposed to be launched by Jan end, so there is not much time left now. But rest assured, Elevate won't disappoint you 😃😃

@Shotgun_vlogs The thing is honda is going to increase car price from next month. That's y I am confused. Otherwise I had plans to buy in Feb.

      @Shotgun_vlogs  8 หลายเดือนก่อน

@@scorpio301000 yeah, I have read that somewhere too. Try searching for creta's rumoured features etc online and make a comparison chart along with features that you definitely need vs which don't add much value vs ones which are there just for appearance.
Also put a thought to long term ownership as well!!!

@@scorpio301000Honda might start giving discounts when elevate's sales decline after creata facelift launch. But if you are more worried about the price, you must know that the Creta facelift price will most probably be higher also than current variants price

That’s because of the refresh of the camera used to record the view. Screen is perfectly fine.

The refresh rate of the camera and infotainment screen are different because of which you see flicker on video. But in real life, this flicker are not visible to naked eye.
