Will it auto stop when approaching red light( assuming no car in front)?

No, it'll not stop when approaching red light, as this is not an advance autonomous driving system. It doesnt have the ability to read the road sign or traffic light yet.

What the diff honda V tec n V sensing

Both actually are not related to each other. VTEC is the Honda's engine technology, while V-Sensing are safety suite which is the driver assistance system (lane keep assist, adaptive cruise control etc) that is equip in the new Honda car.
