I’m planning on growing strawberries this coming year, from some seeds I collected from some strawberries we got. One thing I read, is that if you wait for the plant to mature for one season, and don’t let it produce fruit by nipping off any flowers or baby strawberries before they finish growing, the next harvest will not only be more fruitful, but better tasting 😊 Unfortunately that would mean that you wouldn’t have strawberries for this class, but possibly next year’s if you were to do that. But just wanted to throw that out there, if you didn’t see that when doing your own research 😊 I love your channel! Who knew that teachers were doing classroom tours on TH-cam! Totally reliving 3rd grade with you lol! It’s so much different from when I was there.
