New Fuel Injector from 1AAuto.com 1aau.to/ia/1AFIN00133
This video shows you how to replace a new fuel injector on your 2003-2011 Honda Element. Fuel injectors are computer controlled spray nozzles that deliver fuel to your engine in precisely controlled volumes. They are one of the keys to modern efficient and clean engines. If a fuel injector is dirty or failing, it can present symptoms such as rough idle, engine surges, rich or lean conditions, and check engine lights. Replacing a problematic fuel injector with an engineered to fit TRQ replacement part right away is essential to the health of your vehicle’s engine.
This process should be similar on the following vehicles:
    2003 Honda Element
    2004 Honda Element

Chances are, if you have an older vehicle, most, if not all injectors will be stuck to the engine. In these cases do not pull the rail too much, it's useless, and you may damage things or bend the rail. Simply remove the clips that are holding the injectors to the rail and disconnect the power plugs, so when you pull the rail, the injectors will separate from the rail, not the injectors from the engine block. Why? Because there's only 1 o-ring sealing the injector to the rail and requires way less force to slide out than the 2 o-rings holding each injector to the block. In addition, the bottom connection is usually more rusted than the top side of the injectors. This is a LOT easier and requires LESS force. Once the rail is out, don't be surprised that most stuck injectors' tips will break as you force them out and the tip will be stuck inside the block like the video shows. Luckily it's not too hard to remove if you have tools and it's not too brittle that it will fall inside the cylinder head.

Very helpful video. I successfully changed cylinder number 1 injector on my 05 CRV. Had zero issues pulling the rail out. I used 2 stroke oil to lube the O rings and had no troubles getting the rail to seat. Thanks for posting!

Hi thanks for the detailed video. I Was wondering what can we use to safely clean off the fuel that spilled on the engine head when you disconnected lifted up the fuel rail?

I was able to get everything off easily but I didn’t realize how difficult it is to actually seat the new injectors into manifold. I’m watching this at work. I tried to do it before my shift but I had to leave it into later which is why I’m watching this but I thing this guy went back and seated the injectors into the manifold and then the rail onto them, because that’s the only thing I can think of doing different when I get home. I already tried to use a hammer to seat the plugs but I knew that was a bad idea so I expect if I install the injectors to the manifold first and then the rail onto them. I’m working on a 03 accord chasing a misfire and I’ve already replaced with new coils and plugs so this must be issue anyways Blah Blah Blah

Doesn’t brake clean degrade plastic O rings? A petroleum based lubricant is usually the best choice for plastic parts like that.
