- Episode 5 of #PepsiBattleoftheBands celebrated the Independence Day in full swing! The bands performed their renditions of some of the most famous national songs of Pakistan while Jasim and the Pindi boys set the stage on fire with the top-4 vocalists!

Being an overseas pakistani , there are moments when u get really emotional. This episode has done that for me. It has made me yearn for my homeland. It touched all the right chords ! Will forever be grateful to #PepsiPakistan for this...
I’ve enjoyed each and every one of these performances and qamar’s voice had such an emotional impact on me. And i couldnt help smiling when i saw Bilal tear up a little during sohni dharti @55:53 , cuz those were exactly my expressions. Although i’m listening to all the performances on repeat, but while the other vocalists flirt with your ears, qamar’s voice touches your soul. God bless you guys!

Wonderful performance by Bayan! I really wish they can perform in the final and give us amazing songs like Raaz-e-Fitna. Did you know Asfar was the guy giving the backing vocals in the original version of Awari? He was so mature even in 2012. Such a great band Bayan.

In season 2 i became a die heart fan of Pindi boys but yeah this season Xarb and Bayan took away my heart... Best of luck to them and all the other bands

But how will they let go of their favourite tamasha? :( i hope the judges get some sense in their heads next time and also xarb and bayan need to give flawless performances.
I don't think both of them can be in the top two. Because, one, Tamasha is judges' favourite no matter how bad they perform, like today, they won't knock them out. And two, both of them have kinda similar genre. Although Xarb has shown their versatility by singing a rock song and Tamasha is monotonous but I think Xarb and Tamasha would be the top two. Bayan is much better than Tamasha but still they might be out next week.

Xarb's shoni dharti has the feel and was best of the episode...lead guitarist did a tremendous job with the back vocals.
Yaawrr Fawad is the only one to criticize when any band is wrong!
Tamasha should've been in the danger zone!
So Bayaan make it out of the danger zone and they decide not the eliminate anyone today.
Also the judges shouldn't be this biased towards Tamasha.Xarb's performance lacked the feel but it was still better then whatever Tamasha did to the song.

Versatile? You call it versatility? He’s just been “Raag alapna” all the time and people going nuts over it. Even the judges said he couldn’t do well on lower notes.

I have loved Tamaasha's every performance but sorry to say considering the "Patriotic" theme this performance was a joke ! Absolutely agree with Fawad, their performance had no *Feels* attached. On the other hand Bayaan's performance wowed me, deserved a standing ovation.

Judges have been drinking something illegal or something. XARB is the one to beat. All judges are tone deaf. The melody, singing, touch, feel, actions, face expressions were SPOT ON. Judges WAKE UP
