- Originally sung by the legendary singer Nayyara Noor, Xarb performed "Watan Ki Matti" in the fifth episode of #PepsiBattleoftheBands. In the spirit of independence day, the band gave a soulful performance.

This song alone has made me more patriotic than anything else did in past decade or so. I’m so shocked on judges take on this. These guys literally took me to my school days when we used to chant this anthem. Brilliant performance that deserved a standing ovation.

For me Xarb is one of the best bands, Pakistan has ever produced. Their talent is pure, raw, and unbeatable. I am surprised the way judges are being unfair with them. They treated a song, which is very close to every Pakistani, and still kept the element of the original. Xarb, keep rocking guys and as you are more talented than the people sitting and judging you!

This is a brilliant performance it has a soothing feel, this was exactly what the song demanded, they maintained the songs melody and structure and also maintained the vibe. Judges are nuts!

Xarb trully brought the Independence Day spirit to its best. Very unfair to send them to danger zone but we got to see two of their soulful performances. Xarb and 21 were best dressed and all looked very handsome.

yes i was shoked when judges sent to them in danger zone i was not expecting this decision from our senior judges.
