Think Shane would know from training Tia that it is a steady pace that wins the race not coming out fast and hard. Love watch her pace it all out and then turn on the afterburners. Crazy in comps how she does that time and time again.

I think it would be fun to watch a series for beginners, like where to start, terminology, how to translate gym workouts for home, etc. I am a runner, but I would love to start something new in the off season!
