    Still getting her fitness back, and she records the fastest time in the world on 22.2. This does not bode well for all the other competitors. 🐐

    Cannot wait to see you peak in time for the games Tia! Especially if this is you, not peaking, not quite there yet, still heading towards tiptop condition! You're an unbelievable athlete!

    The bounce is mentioned a few times and seen a lot with many athletes', what is this mostly caused by. Notice Tia always hits right side down first?

    Hey how bout you maintain the integrity off crossfit and not bounce the bar all over the place during deadlifts in 22.2. Yeah, the open doesn't mean as much as it once did for you guys but you're supposed to be the leaders of the sport. People just learning about crossfit are going to see that and think its acceptable because the greatest crossfit athlete of all time did it

    • @tameikaliciaga22

      😳...she's like the nicest person. Could have inquired about that with a little more tact 🤷🏾‍♀️

    • @Ziterberg
      @Ziterberg 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@tameikaliciaga22 Perhaps. But it wasn't personal. Even the nicest & greatest need to be called out on their bullshit sometimes.

    • @tameikaliciaga22
      @tameikaliciaga22 2 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      @@Ziterberg "Hey Tia I noticed a bounce on your bar movements, just wanted to point it out so you can keep improving..." usually what a supporter may say to genuinely help. I don't usually follow the athletes I don't support so maybe you find athletes you can positively support and follow them? I hope you have a good day and a good crossfit journey. Since your new you'll see the sport is awesome and the camaraderie is a big part of the foundation...

    • @Ziterberg
      @Ziterberg 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@tameikaliciaga22 I'm not new to the sport. I've been at it at a high level for a long time. And one could interpret your response as passive aggressive or even condescending. I prefer blunt and straight to the point. The improvements Tia needs to make are beyond my expertise and she shouldn't be referring to TH-cam comments for tips to improve. What I pointed out with her deadlift was pretty egregious and is most likely well known to her. The point was to be a subtle reminder that when you are at the pinnacle and focal point of something you need to act accordingly to ensure the integrity is maintained throughout the entirety (aka crossfit community).
