- The last two mods are complete and the RSTI SHOULD be ready for the dyno! IAG air oil separator AOS competition, and AEM air inlet temperature (AIT) sensor are installed. I also used an iWire hybrid MAF harness.
PLEASE LIKE and hit the thumbs up!

Car is rad definitely loving the channel vibes 🥂🔥🔥
@Cre8tiveGarage Appreciate it!!
I would personaly prefer to use an other (smaller) air oil separator, than to remove the strut brace.
Still good video.
I thought about that, did not want to sell a brand new one and have to purchase something different.
Do not sell that Fuji Heavy Industries carbon fiber strut bar! That was a Version 6 part that we got as an option.
Maybe reverse the bracket with it going forward and tweak the brake lines to give some clearance?
Mine was on the other side where you had it initially but I fabbed a mount for it to go next to the pitch mount (reversed intake setup)
I would definitely invest in a turbo blanket to save everything around it the cruise module and the separator.
I hear you! Eventually I will find a way to install everything with the strut bar, maybe a smaller AOS. The bar is in safe keeping! A few people already ask to buy it. Thanks for the heads up.
nice video. i was thinking about getting the iag aos, but i don't know if i want to sacrifice the strut bar. btw, i'll take that sti strut bar off your hands, if you're willing to part with it.
ziewknihtewza thanks! Bummed I had to remove it. I will try later to make it all work. If there is very little oil in the drain tube if any, I may lower the AOS and check the lines periodically!
Oh cool you have the Tein remote soft/hard servo motors. Are they worth buying?
Peter Cleven they only control one aspect of the coil over which is the dampening. The Teins ride very stiff but I am able to soften them up a bit with the controller. I found the happy medium and always leave it alone. Same could be done manually but it is kinda cool to have.
It's so weird watching your videos. You look just like my brother. Its really uncanny and a bit odd for me. My brother is a really smart guy, the superintendent of a school district in Washington state. He's just not really great with mechanical things. And that's where its weird. LOL!
Cool video! I love your ability to call yourself out and we all get to watch you struggle and learn as you go through all this and then teach us. Very real. So maybe you and my brother are a bit alike in that regard. Both teachers of sorts.
Still weird though...
Hahah that is funny! Sounds like a great guy! BTW my wife is a teacher, probably rubs off on me.
What front mount intercooler are you using and how did you fit it?
Old APS piping, unsure on core. Had to cut front bumper support beam and fog light pockets out of front bumper. Too big for this power honestly.
@@RoadPatina did you get the piping for and sti or the gc?
@@SubieSalviWagon I think it’s for a gd chassis. Not a perfect fit.
@@RoadPatina can you please make a video showing the front mount. also iag sells a pitch mount for the aos and you might be able to keep the tower bar
you trying to sell that strut bar
Tim Barnett not yet, it's too pretty to let go of just yet!
