Nowadays some people are offering fully built G+ 2 house for Rs.2 Crore both in Mysore and bangalore. There are many such videos in youtube recently. Are such fully built homes with all interiors safe to buy? Why would someone try to sell a house rather than sell the land. Please throw some light on this.
