Document remains same for all the properties. Where as in co op initially u ll get aggreement and later u ll get all the documents from them once the layout is completed

Sir, very informative video. We've seen a revenue site in a layout for which there's no dc conversion. Legal opinion said there's no litigation on this. EC, sale deed,m other deed they ve given. will it be safe to buy? Site in BM KAVAL VILLAGE, AGARA. it's not under gram Panchayat. Please advise
If legal is clear then u can buy it but in general I want to say revenue site is like purchasing it like paying money to buy headache

Don't worry about owner name in dishaank App, we use it only to know abt water body, or any kharab to get confidence on owner check EC or RTC mostly entire layout will be under developer name.

Mam bank and lawyer they ll check only legality of the property, others documents u need to ask and check with them for ur reference. Because your r one who is going to stay in the property. Bank and lawyers don't have to do anything with KEB and BWSSB NOC you need to check that to know that weather you ll get water and electricity connection to ur property in future without any hassle.
