    almost all society project are fake. they won't complete any project. But they will collect 100's of crores from people and there will be 15 people who are managing society enjoy with our money.getting 1lakh to 2lakh salary. for years. the head of co-operative society is itself fake. they won't act if u complain against any society...
    it is biggest scam in India. first they sell sites for cheap price. then after 5 yrs let' say out of 200 people 15 people will be frustrated and they leave then those sites will be replaced by another new 15 people for 20 to 30% more price. this continues for years. after 15 yrs the 600/sqft will become 2000/sqft for new people at one point all old people who bough will replaced/left and they will replaced with new members with 2000rs. so they never complete any project. it is big scam. becareful

    Sagakarnagar Cooperative Society agent told us that they keep property in 3rd party builder's name untill all EMIs are completee and only after that they transfer ownership. Is this right? Should we believe them and invest? Also they said for any document verification we need to visit their office and they can't share officially anything with us.

      Entire layout is not issued by government. There are few private property in and around D group. Most of property in andharalli is having legal issues. I know this because even we have few acres of property in Andhralli. I was born and bought up there. Without proper legal stay away from andharalli

      There is case goingon in court for past 10 years co-operative housing society have filed case for exemption from RERA

Either they ll get there money back with there interest or they ll get the property in back which is very tough. Since RERA is introduced on 1/5/2017. This case will be moved back to court only. Plz invest wisely 99% get cheated in this real estate field.

      Project looks good, roads are bigger, check for legal, check encroachment like lake, bandi dari, kalu dari, grave yard etc. also take suggestions from civil engineer once before purchasing the property.
