Excellent ideas! Does Slant 3D provide prints for TPU with fuzzy skin in an Etsy plugin? How are these CAD files handled? Is .3mf format with modifiers for fuzzy skin in TPU producible at scale using Slant 3D's services?
We are currently limited on print settings and materials, but we are working on expanding these as quickly as we can. TPU and Fuzzy Skin are definitely on that list.

For the cookie cutter, what material would you use for it to be food grade/safe?
You can't make it food grade or food safe, and you shouldn't print items that touch food or your mouth
Pla is fine
PETG and PP can be food-safe, but only if you use a fresh nozzle that's never seen anything but those two.

PLA is cheaper and useful
