  • Anthea Roberts is Associate Professor in the School of Regulation and Global Governance (RegNet) at the Australian National University. She specializes in public international law, investment treaty law and arbitration, and comparative international law. Anthea previously taught at the London School of Economics as well as Columbia and Harvard Law Schools. Book talk panelists include Professor Naz Modirzadeh and Professor Mark Wu. This talk is co-sponsored by the Harvard International Law Journal.

    I've studied it a bit but never really practiced it. My observation is that most lawyers in the Int'l field are defined through one case that lasts over many years. Finding a resolution seems to be something of a mission in life. Hopefully those of you who practice it will succeed.

    Hello, It's honor to see educated and persuasive as well as cortical thinkers like these females. I hop we can see more creative people in this field.
    I personally admire you guys and If their was possibility of adding the transcripts of the courts related to the speeches, If any case was subject to discussions.

    international public law and international private law consist of a foreign element that should be existed in the case. that we have in Kazakhstan) thank you for making our differences closer and opening for discussion.
