Hi 🤗 I'm NEW to trying Ayurvedic Herbs or Haircare products. My hair has become extremely DRY. I'm in need for MOISTURIZER for my hair. I'm stuck into what to do. I have a PERM & I'm also TENDER HEADED so I have issues with washing my own hair because my hair gets TANGLED UP really bad. Is there any instructions on or what steps I should do to gain MOISTURE to my Hair without having to go to the Salon & maybe my hair won't get TANGLED UP😢 when I wash it & Then maybe I can take care of my own hair 😊 without needing a PERM. Do you ever do hot oil treatments and deep conditioning at the same time ?
Not quite, I find that approach to be less effective. This is especially true because I have to shampoo the oil out of my hair afterward to prevent greasiness, and then I need to use a deep conditioner to restore moisture to my strands🥰

I shampooed my hair once, then did the hot oil treatment and then shampooed it again after, conditioned and moisturized my hair.
