Glad to see you out here making practical improvements. Between my motorcycle and Porsches I know it's best 'not' to drive night (deer, etc) sometimes you have no choice. I upgraded my interior/dash lights to LED and have converted some purists - so your statement about "some people have arguments about LED's" is spot on...they forget some of us want to drive 911's daily or across country. Definitely an improvement from the drivers perspective. Where I have a problem with these kind of conversions, especially on NA spec housings, is the light scatter and glare for on coming motorists. You can see perfectly and they’re blind to anything beyond your vehicle. The H4 has a pronounced beam pattern that scatters less light into other drivers eyes, that’s why people like them more. The car looks badass though. I love the black and gold. Cheers man.
I actually threw it up against a garage door and was surprised to find fairly sharp cutoffs with two little blips above the horizontal cutoff. Not perfect like a projector but honestly really good, esp since lifted trucks are legal. It’s so low I don’t think it’ll offend anyone.
