After watching so many of these border patrol shows in Australia, I don’t understand why they threaten all the time about big fines, I have yet to see any person receive a fine more than $360. With the amount of agricultural products that people are sneaking in doesn’t warrant such a low fine. Definitely not a deterrent

The hardest longest time I had crossing the border was when hauling flowers in those tiny plastic pots people buy to put in the garden . That took a very long time because they were worried about some bug or something being in the soil. At least they were nice about it and put the racks of plants back in the truck for me . Some places are awful and will rip a car or truck apart and then leave it for the driver to deal with . Never had it happen but heard about it many times. Big rigs or passenger cars same deal .

I am curious why the “joker” did not get a fine for lying to authorities. They wasted a lot of time with him.

How do these Chinese couple become residents of Australia when they can't even speak English ? When I applied for residency,I had to do a full-on English test, and I am from an English speaking country.

13:15 - why do we need to caution adults...? We need to caution children to give children a chance to reconsider their actions so that we can lead them towards becoming adults that make good decisions. Once you're an adult, you are then perfectly able to consent to all the decisions (and resultant consequences) you are making.
