It Looks wild I love that red interior and red carpet. all it needs it some window tint and it will look killer. What I will say is they should have upgraded the tires a level up from the standard RCF. Anyone that says Lexus makes boring cars are in denial. This is a drivers car for sure.

Lighter car exist, yes, but the great part of the market is around those numbers.
The Lc500 is in another bracket of insurance cost. My RCF costs me 150/month a lc500 was quoted at 240/month. I agree though, i'd get the Lc500 any day its just more stunning of a car. Performance wise they're equal. Same engine, transmission, etc. Lc has a better interior as well. Maintenance of the Lc500 might be a tier higher though even though you can bring them to Toyota there comes a premium for having their current top of the line. Still, RCF Track < Lc500

I live in the tri state area in a populated city(20 mins from manhattan) but i'm getting a lot of discounts to even bring it down to 150 w/o discounts it'd be around 200/mo clean record as well. It's mostly where you live, age and your driving record that matters, not much about credit score. Still 50/month extra is a lot($600/year). I'd love to get ur insurance rates but sadly im an east coaster. It doesn't help that we have a higher vehicle theft rate here either :/

Honestly Lexus reliability combined with audi/Mercedes level tech would be amazing but Lexus still seems to live in the 2000’s. They need to redesign all infotainment across the bored. Same with Toyota but not quite as badly. (Since they aren’t luxury cars I have lower tech standards for them)

Tires are whatever, brake pads could be more expensive depending on what is put on. Rotors might cost more. And gas. My ISF got expensive at 160k+ miles. Valley plate job was pricey cause I broke injectors and any tech will getting to the spot. Besides that every other dollar spent has been on mods.

That's the easy way out, bump 50-100 hp and call it xxx and charge 50k more. Plus only 50 in the us...that's very exclusive.

Of course the Track Edition RC-F is not worth $95K. As a former RC350 AWD owner, I can tell you that the platform of the car is excellent. The RC350 just needed a supercharger and some better brakes to make it world class. But for this car, does Lexus really think a wing, some brakes, a little different interior, and some carbon bits, will make some fictional person pay $40,000 over a slightly used, regular RC-F? How does that make sense? Oh, and if you really want to pay nearly $100K for a sports car, just buy a Nissan GT-R, which will beat this car is all performance categories, and disappear from it (AWD rocks!) once the weather turns soggy.

Also, I work for Mercedes Benz at a dealership, and I’ve seen cars come in with 800,000+ miles from the early 2000s that haven’t had anything with the motor nor transmission replaced, so this comment does not prove anything except for proving you wrong. I’m a Toyota dealer mechanic and I took a BMW over any Toyota product, although I drove a few older Camrys, Sienna vans and Corollas in between for my buy/fix/sell business. Particularly on the later Toyota cars it’s just rattle complaint over rattle complaint from customers. Interior quality is no where near as good nor is t better to drive. My BMW is 10 years old and it doesn’t rattle at all and the steering wheel actually feels connected to the wheels. Buddy’s RX350 the seat keeps on rattling. I have no major reliability issues either, they’re not hard to work on and I know where to get cheap parts.
Overprice if buying new and owning only for 3 years. But, I will keep my GSF for at least 15 years and very sure it will run as new all the time. So it is very cheap for me... (especially buying used one!!!)

This one and his little brother can do exactly that. The LC500 is more of a perfect reprensentative car. You can really show off in front of the Opera with that, and have a good amount of fun too. It's less sharp or radical than this one though.
Much of what you are paying for besides an awesome car is excellent reliability and materials that won’t break and crack like many of the German competitors. The Lexus will last for a loooong time if it is taken care of properly.
I am a lexus fan and always been since i saw the first gen ISF, but man.. for the money id seriously would Rather pick the 4 doors version of the M (4 or 5 or. 6) series from BMW.
This and the regular RCF are going to become cars that will have a certain value for car enthousiasts in the future. The big V8 cars, especially the japanese ones, are a dying breed. This one was never incredibly popular and will be a unicorn on the used market. When all the cars are electric and drastic regulations come everywhere, those cars will be time capsules and will be revered by car enthousiasts for what they where. BIG MACHINES OF CHAOS AND FLAMES !
If this car got the interior from the new Lexus LC500 or ES350 I would totally buy this thing. It's unfortunate the Lexus would go through all the effort to redesign the RC but not put the new Lexus interior in it.

Ben Quereau exactly. There should be more in the rear and less in the front due to suspension squatting upon acceleration, that would be optimal for a drag setup. For a track setup, just a bit Lower in the front and that would be fine

I always had one in the middle. I added a second one in the middle a few months ago because ad rates were way down and most other channels were adding more. I don't think 3 ads (usually just 5 second skippable) is unreasonable for 19 minutes of content. Most tv shows make you watch 8-11 minutes of ads for every 30 minute show, plus people pay for tv service lol.

Much of what you are paying for besides an awesome car is excellent reliability and materials that won’t break and crack like many of the German competitors. The Lexus will last for a loooong time if it is taken care of properly.

I am a lexus fan and always been since i saw the first gen ISF, but man.. for the money id seriously would Rather pick the 4 doors version of the M (4 or 5 or. 6) series from BMW.

This and the regular RCF are going to become cars that will have a certain value for car enthousiasts in the future.
The big V8 cars, especially the japanese ones, are a dying breed.
This one was never incredibly popular and will be a unicorn on the used market.
When all the cars are electric and drastic regulations come everywhere, those cars will be time capsules and will be revered by car enthousiasts for what they where. BIG MACHINES OF CHAOS AND FLAMES !
If this car got the interior from the new Lexus LC500 or ES350 I would totally buy this thing. It's unfortunate the Lexus would go through all the effort to redesign the RC but not put the new Lexus interior in it.

Ben Quereau exactly. There should be more in the rear and less in the front due to suspension squatting upon acceleration, that would be optimal for a drag setup. For a track setup, just a bit Lower in the front and that would be fine

It’s basically a BMW with Lexus on the front the engine are now being made by BMW, not sure if reliability is going to suffer because that’s basically what Lexus Is known for
AntBall40 The V8 in the RCF is a Toyota/Lexus designed and built engine. Nothing in the RCF is from BMW.

I always had one in the middle. I added a second one in the middle a few months ago because ad rates were way down and most other channels were adding more. I don't think 3 ads (usually just 5 second skippable) is unreasonable for 19 minutes of content. Most tv shows make you watch 8-11 minutes of ads for every 30 minute show, plus people pay for tv service lol.

If it's supposed to be a track edition. Why keep the back seats? Those should be removed for $30k more especially when they put carbon fiber in other areas.
