I know rhe German caravans are good quality, but to me they lack something i dont know the word for it. A Roma special or GT is my favourite. The look of Vickers Westmorningbstar are great too and i know where is one. But they are so heavy

3 minutes into, the sky light always leaks... I wanted to say that it is in every camper that has those sky lights or fans/vents. We always take them out, cover it over with metal bolted down and caulked. If you do not then it will ruin, unless it is under a carport. My dad told me that years ago, and I have seen just how true that it is. I see people making mistakes with tiny houses by putting a sky light or vent-fan in the top. I actually believe that mobile home companies do this so that they will rot and they will want a newer one. That is the same in the US, it's standard idiocy.

for sure the older stuff was mostly coach built and built to last the modern trailers here have 3/5 year shelf life before seals go and appliances start to break down my 1890s rail carriage is as good as new and its made of wood !

@@reubenleveridge5175 Those old ones are neat. They were built to last. I realized that I sound like an old person in stating that they build things so cheap now, but it is the truth. My dad said has said it so many times, and in his day things were industrial strength, then items were build more and more cheap, less quality and higher price. The modern is cheap made junk. That is one thing that is world wide.
