Should have used a sanding block when wet sanding instead of using finger pressure, cuz your sanding the clear coat unevenly off the top layer which is why you see so much swirls after. Other than that great video 👍🏼
without a uv coat this probably faded within a month. typically when you wet sand you should either ceramic coat it but typically apply some clear coat then wet sand more with 2k and then polish and wax/ceramic coating.
sand in straight lines, should have threw some 2k clear on after sanding THEN wet sanding with 1000-2000, THEN polish and wax. There's swirl marks everywhere homie
@@eatmoreeats9566 because 99% of carbon parts have a gel or silicone not a clear coat. Spraying clear adds longevity and prevents fading better than the normal gel shit. There are swirls every where, this was not good at all
eatmore eats sand with 600, then 800, clean it, spray 2k aerosol clear, wet sand when dry with 1000 grit then 2000 grit. Get a polish and polisher, have at it. If you don’t know bring it to a professional before you burn your original clear off with the polisher

@@dr.dodrugs8963 excellnt point. would you say he should have polished it better to avoid swirls everywhere?
@@dr.dodrugs8963 how would you recommend applying clear coat? and to make it look smooth and glossy?
