Wonderful suggestions as always, Don. Looking for patterns in the job description was a neat tip. Edit: I also completely agree with treating the job interview as more of an interactive discussion or dialogue. It reduces stress on your part, puts you in an equitable position of exchange, and focuses attention on the issue(s) needing to be worked through instead of on yourself.
Now I got a job and in 2 weeks will pass the probationary period. How can I still make sure to be an indispensable? Of course I am learning the everyday tasks, I can improve at Excel and not sure what other skills. I work in business and retail/e-commerce.
What’s the some of the biggest challenges facing your company right now then you po get insight as to what the us e looking for and where they need help on and the key is to ask them questions to discover their problems
