Thanks dear. She was spot on at the right moment 😂
The cake could be burning for various reasons.
1. Your oven temperature is not balanced. The baking heat should come from the top And bottom.
2. Position of your rack. It should be the middle rack.
3. High temperature.... your oven could be heating up very fast...so when a recipe calls for 200 degrees try bake at 180
4. Also use a foil to cover the top of the cake after it bakes halfway.
I will do a video to help in this.
