    Thanks for the content! I usually will write an email to estate agent to ask more details about the property or make an appointment for house viewing but many of them didn't reply.. 🙄

    Is it a mistake to tell an estate agent your maximum price for a house, over the phone before viewing ?

    Remember the EA’s client is the owner, who pays them. They maximise their time to be the most productive ie set up viewings for people who they think will complete on a deal. Not tyre kickers or dreamers. Become someone credible with whom it’s worth their while to have a relationship with.

    I wanted to understand something, I’ve been told that for first time buyer I need 5% of the property but if or when I’ll buy a second home I’ll have to have 50%. Is this true and if so how do you do it without investors?

    • @MrMattyG
      @MrMattyG 4 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Whoever told you that doesn't understand property. Nope, you'll only need 25% for a second home max.

    As an Estate agent j completely agree! When a buyer is helpful and friendly I always call them before a property comes on the market

    Great video Samuel and thank you for providing fantastic content. I find the more conversations I had with estate agents and the better I started to word the questions that I asked, I have found that they will typically give out more and more key info on the background of the property which can help. I used to talk too much on the phone but when I started to take a step back and let them talk more I found I get more value out of the conversations. Keep up the great work!
