That’s a 991.1. Probably the greatest modern 911. The 991.2 turned turbo charged. The 991.1 is the 3.8 N.A. 400+ bhp. Its last year was 2015 and not 2024

Proceeds to give an example of the 996 and the current 911 (992) and shows a picture of a 997...
Here I thought you were going to point out its design is the original VW Bug. I have been to a few Porsche parties, where a few executives have attended. The answer: when they step away from their iconic shape, sales plummet.
I used to hate them for the same reason but there are a lot of amazing restomods and builds of old Porsches which some of them you can hardly tell that they are even Porsches anymore
Short answer: Aerodynamics aren't changing and never touch a running system. Long answer: And I agree. Porsche's all look the same. I even think, the Boxter and Cayman models look better. Every car has a face, with the headlights being the eyes and Porsches look like frogs, which I don't like and the interiors are too boring. That's why I love Lamborghini, they look the best, both from every outside angle AND the inside, which is just as important, when you drive them. Oh and the exhaust is like a dragon flying by. Also, since I'm a kid, I've basically seen Porsches every single day on the road... they're just not special. Nobody sees a Porsche and is like: "WOOOAH! WHAT'S THAT?! THAT'S AMAZING!" But a Lamborghini makes even non-carpeople go crazy. I had a friend whom I should pictures of an Aventador and he was like: "meh, it's a car" Then he saw one on the road, not knowing it was the car I showed him some time before and saw the happy driver and immediately said to me: "Damn! I'd be that happy, too, if I was sitting in that car!" Noone designs cars just like Centro Stile does. And I'm only talking design and sound, Porsches are undoubtedly the best on all tracks and they just work. They're not as reliable as some car enthusiasts that don't own them say they are, you are at the workshop a lot as well and every repair is expensive as sh*t, but they're reliable for a sports-/supercar.
