For budget brakes, the MT200 brakes are amazing. No; they are not suitable for hard core downhill, but for a commuter or a fitness hybrid, they are great value -- powerful enough with a nice lever feel. A lot of entry level bikes come with Tekto M275 brakes or equivalent. The Shimanos are a definite step up.
Every bike I had or test ridden, with Tektro hydraulic brakes had brake rub. If you inspect closely, you will see part if the piston exposed, probably not bled correctly from factory, which causes tolerance between calipers and rotor to be very low, causing rub.
Actually they are great for freeriding too. I am riding a 2022 Rocky Mountain Growler 40 and i have both the MT200 and BR6100. When you are riding in the Pacific Northwest where i am located, it really does not matter a lot since trails are always wet throughout the year so both brakes have the same stopping power lol.
The SHIMANO MT200's are max rated for trail use. For Enduro use, the SHIMANO DEORE's 2-Piston brakeset are optimal and for DH, their 4-piston is the right job for it.

That's the same brakes preinstalled on my bike... It works and performs better with Shimano Ice Tech rotors. It just works better than it does before with its preinstalled rotors.
If you ship a standard post service (ie: aliexpress standard, china post tracked, sing post), due to the pndemic, you can expect 30-90 days at present (most likely 60-90 honestly). Standard post does not have taxes/duties/brokerage normally. It can happen, but is unlikely. I don't think ePacket will be much faster even though ordinarily it is. Right now not many flights are happening so post is slooooow. EMS may be faster but no guarantees right now. Also you will not likely have fees. They can still happen but it's unlikely. If you ship by DHL it will be much faster however you will definitely have to pay $25-40 in those fees.

Mt-200 brakes from AliExpress are great mate, I've had 4 and all are perfect, they come ready to mount. Of course it is possible that you will have problems but in my experience they are a good buy
mt200's are such a good brake for the money, we fit them all the time to replace old disc brakes, cheaper than a bleed and new pads lol

They are good enough for Fort William (World cup DH track) with 200mm rotors and ceramic pads, in my experience.

For me both of my shimano mt200 callipers started having a leaky piston and my brakes always kept getting contaminated

Mine arrived in barely 3 weeks! (I’m in Montreal) but to be fair, it really varies with aliexpress. It can be 2 weeks as it can be 2 months
