- We went to the Kaiser Permanente Strike which is the largest health care strike in US history. Healthcare workers are complaining about poor working conditions. They are being underpaid and overworked. Kaiser has yet to propose a better contract, watch the video to find out why!

I used to work in a hospital, the reason all of the medical field jobs are not full is because they still have the requirement that you get a Covid shot, and alot of the people didn't want to get it, so they left the field. And since its still a requirement people won't go back to it.
I'm in that number. I see positions that previously I would have jumped on but I cannot subject myself to the demands of taking the shots
These the same people who helped facilitate no jab no job? The people who knew covid deaths were NOT being reported correctly?

You should've asked them who they voted for. I bet 100% of them say say biden...They're the reason for the economy lol. You should've also asked how much they get paid per hour.... I bet it's like $30+/hr! Or they could just go find a better job that pays more lol.

Use to be in law enforcement, some days we were so busy that I didn't even get to eat lunch. Some days myself and other deputies ate together at some fast food place, placed our orders, and got an emergency call before our food was even ready. Some days were slow as heck. Comes with the job, you learn to deal with it.
I sympathize with them but an hour lunch? 30 minutes is pretty regular.
Same goes for workers at Safeway. Too much is expected while store managers are getting big quarterly bonuses on the backs of the lowly paid workers.
HOUR LUNCH!!!!!! Holy shit! Im an RN in the ER and we get maybe 30min and we come back from lunch behind on meds or labs and stuff. But an hour gtfo here

It's hard for me to feel sympathetic when I see their salaries. I see those Tesla cars. How much does each person make? Lets start there.
If you were a local McDonalds and they wont fix the AC during summer, you got my axe. If you're a healthcare worker looking like you just got a perm done and you can afford to have kids, you lost me.
Maybe youre a good person and go above beyond for the $160k salary the KP Pharmacists earns. You better be working the jobs of 3+ other people who'd be lucky to earn minimum wage. These healthcare people really sound entitled when their only stress is that they're working too hard. I know people who work just as hard and STILL cant earn enough for rent in California, much more, have enough savings for their own MF funeral....
Hmm, ask them how much money they make. Then weigh that against their hourly work. Then ask them what their work conditions are like. Do they ever feel like their own lives are so terrible that the juice here isnt worth the squeeze. Because I can name countless Walmart workers who are so tired of their own worklife that they cant even make time to educate themselves out of their own conditions.
But yes, that permed up black woman is working hard and has time to come up with a slogan.

If anything, you should join them and protest these outrageous health insurance companies who buy off your district politician to vote in their interest and against yours. Just saying.

It's hard to really to join people that make $100k+ and can't figure out what a woman is because they toe the party line for the social contagion known as transgenderism.
My district politicians Stephanie Nguyen (AD10) and Angelique Ashby (SD8) voted for AB 957 that would have further empowered healthcare powers to turn our children into lifelong medical patients because of transgenderism being state-sponsored.

For the regular working class that live in reality, knows that gender/sex are similar and don't bother with meaningless drivel that often comes with people owning Teslas and afford a home. No, I don't think I will be joining them. They don't live in reality, which is why they act shocked they have to work for the high wages they command.
Working class people KNOW covid shots was questionable at best and healthcare workers didn't do shit to advocate for those people. How many people would have lost their jobs?
