    • @AudrieStorme
      @AudrieStorme  6 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      For sinigang, I've always been taught not to remove the heads or shells for the shrimp because it's what flavors the broth - other dishes though, yes, definitely cut and devein the shrimp!

    Lovely video darling! A question though :do you do intermittent fasting? As your dinner was fairly early. Just curious.🌹 I totally need a Yoghurt fruit bowl or sth like that around ten or I'll starveeee. Haha Also, happy to see you eat so many healthy fats!
    Totally need to adapt that.
    What is your favourite oil to cook? What are your thoughts on grass-fed butter? Does Maca powder bloat you? Thoughts on evening workouts? So many questions hahaha and lastly
    You never take seconds? Like of that gorgeous bowl in the end. Just wondering as I am very skinny but I always smash down like 3 of those hahaha
    Great vid, looking forward for the workout videos..❤ ❤ ❤

    • @AudrieStorme
      @AudrieStorme  6 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Thank you for watching! No, I don't do any intermittent fasting or anything - I just eat when I'm hungry. I usually like to have dessert sometime after dinner, but the tamarind soup was kind of sweet, so I just didn't feel like it.
      For your other questions: I like to cook with olive oil, I don't eat dairy (so I use a vegan butter from Trader Joe's), I've heard that maca can bloat you (but I just feel like it makes me full not really bloated), I prefer to work out in the mornings/early afternoons but I will work out at night if I forget, and yes I always take seconds, thirds and sometimes fourths if I'm still hungry!

    • @brainibot1629
      @brainibot1629 6 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@AudrieStorme Great! Thanks lovely! After commenting THAT I thought to myself 'oh shoot, she's vegan, ofc she won't use that butter hahaha❤️🌹 BTW I love love love your mindful approach on food, really inspiring. I'm currently trying to get OUT of more than one year or calorie counting to intuitive eating and it's hard. It's hard to not eat when "calories are still left" for the day or "all indulged already".. And I know it's stupid to think like that but I'm getting out of it slowly and your video was such a warm reminder of fueling and not fooling yourself and eating when hungry, not when an app tells you to or not. Sweetest Kisses. 💖 Waiting for the workouts 🌺💗
