how can i get this because when i log on to virgin media it only says add tv and mobile how can i get this nad do i have to phone them up

just rang them and you cant get this if you already have a tv box, they say its only for customers that cant get a tv box
Shouldn’t be, if your current tv box is out of contract and on monthly rolling sub. That’s my understanding anyway.
Can I connect bluetooth earbuds to it?
Is there any rental charges if you dont use subscription apps?
No non whatsoever just a one off charge of £35 to buy the box

Same here. Worked for ten minutes then stopped. Won't pair no matter what I do. Not impressed. Customer Service don't reply either.
@JnV C I got in touch with Virgin, and they sent a replacement.

@JnV C it was the remote, like yours the first one linked for 10 mins then wouldn't work anymore. Also I'd recommend pressing the button on the box itself before you try to pair again, I'm unsure why they didn't add this step (or I totally missed it) but press that first then do all the steps on the remote. I have both virgin stream and just got sky stream... Virgin is much better value in that the basic premium channels are 12 sky charge me 23 but there actual rate is 29.... Virgin has a simple interface which some may like sky q can be overwheming. However the biggest fall for virgin is the picture quality when compared to sky stream its night and day. I would question if virgin stream is actually hd, this was a deal breaker if they fix that ill go back.

Can you set up different user playlists like Netflix So my partner and I don’t get each other’s programming clogging up our playlists on either virgin stream or sky stream please?
Virgin picture has seemed to improve. Ive also found out if you cancel virgin it still works as freeview and apps etc, unlike sky that will deactivate the whole box! Its hardly a monthly contract if they do that, ive therefore stuck with virgin which gives me option to cancel whenever and rejoin and still have the functionality of the box without aireal.
I’d be interested if it allows you to take the stream box with you say on holiday or in campervan to stream elsewhere? Anyone know?

Answer is no, it can only work connected the the VM broadband of the account it is linked to.

User profiles! That’s great. Was pestering sky salesman in Luton Mall for over a year asking has sky glass got user profiles yet😂 looks like I’ll be getting virgin stream instead, at least virgin know what they’re doing unlike Sky. How can Sky not provide user profiles for its streaming service in 2022! Useless.

No it has prime, netflix, disney, bbc iplayer, itv and channel 5 and 4 in demand thats about it.
sky steam looks better
But a lot more expensive, given the current subscription offers on virgin stream.
