ROCKY ROAD RECIPE
I hope you all had a great Christmas break (if you celebrate it) and Happy New Year!
It's so good to be back creating videos for you all. To kick us off, I have a leftover Christmas Chocolate rocky road, but this rocky road recipe is versatile for any chocolate you have lying around, it doesn't need to be Christmas chocolate!
For my leftover Christmas chocolate, I went for Celebrations, Heroes and Ferrero Rocher's - delicious if you ask me!
This is a no bake recipe and super easy and quick to make, so great to do if you're a beginner, with kids, or just fancy it!
Ingredients:
250g dark or milk chocolate
100g butter (baking spread is fine!)
50g golden syrup
100g any type of biscuit. Traditionally digestives, but I used leftover Christmas biscuits
75g mini marshmallows
150g leftover Christmas chocolate (or whatever chocolate you have)
