I was originally afraid they would lose their sound and cater more to the more poppy sounding songs that their Korean fans wanted, but I'm glad they remembered their roots but at the same time are still experimenting with different sounds
The members have mentioned that "Bon Voyage" is about giving nature a break, just like it can be good in a relationship to not be together all the time. Any encounter between human beings always has separation attached to it, just as death is a part of life. SuA also said that the fluffy floating thing that Dami summons from her painting is a seed.
That leads my dark mind to believe that they are saying "Have a good trip" to humanity, since we are well on the way of wiping ourselves out. I could of course be wrong. Once humanity is gone, nature gets the break it needs and the circle will begin again. For me, the key to understanding the lyrics is that they are singing as human being, not as a single person. And they are talking to nature, confessing their love (and also regret).
I can also imagine they are building an ark to take plants and animals to another planet. It would make sense with some of the scenes in the MV.
As you can see, my theory is not yet perfect. I also do not know why all three titles are in French. 😉 (And why are there 3 Damis with 7 shadows...)
Musically I can already say this is one of their best songs for me. The chorus slaps hard, and the variations between heavy and slow are just beautiful. It has emotion and impact at the same time. Putting JiU's sweet voice together with an acoustic guitar is simply genius. We lost Leez as a producer, but the team around Ollounder did a fantastic job! And as a bass player, I can say the slap bass is crazy!
I probably won't have to tell anyone that the visuals here are out of this world. I'm going to say it anyways: The members have never looked more beautiful, and the whole team all deserve a raise!
Not only the closing of the Apocalypse trilogy, the first new song after LEEZ's departure as co-lead composer/producer. Ollounder brought in some of his other colleagues from the Edenary team and wow, did they acquit themselves incredibly on this song!

@@aliceamalia3188 LEEZ (real name Lee Soo-min) took the position of Creative Director at new company Hi-Hat Entertainment last November, a role similar to what Jaden Jeong had during the development of LOONA: writing songs, of course, but also setting the direction, lore and image for Hi-Hat's upcoming group(s). It's definitely a major step forward for his career and the departure was amicable (Ollounder, Hwang Sooyeon and others posted congratulations to him on their Instagrams). He has an exclusive contract with Hi-Hat, which precludes him from working with other groups, including Dreamcatcher.
Ollounder (Oh Jonghoon) brought in some of his other colleagues from the Edenary songwriting team to work with him on Apocalypse: From Us - some of whom had already worked on previous Dreamcatcher tracks. So while of course all InSomnias will miss LEEZ's contributions, with Ollounder's leadership I don't think the style or feel of Dreamcatcher's music will change much, and we may get some new ideas from the people Ollounder chooses to work with.

I think everyone feels the same with this come back. Dreamcatcher was on a discovery journey with different styles especially with electronic sounds but they are back home now!
My theory:
They are living in the last surviving city on earth, but all is not well. Meteoroids, lightning, and a malfunctioning sky shield glitching to show the broken remnants of civilization floating above.
The white cell (some people say it’s called Celly) is a seed that can regenerate life and humanity. It seems to have been created by Dami, and was sent into space at the very end by Gahyeon using the crystal structure.
Meanwhile the members try to survive (Siyeon saving Sua) and leave (the lyrics about trying to leave and counting each day) knowing that their world is going to end.
The song is about their love and longing for that future humanity (spawned by Celly) that they will never see or know, who may not love them because their generation destroyed the earth through selfish actions (Dami’s rap lyrics)
In the end as the last city breaks down, the snow, explosions all around etc. they accept their fate and wish Celly Bon Voyage.

Alright, I have a theory on this MV.
I think that the goddesses that DC are portraying in the vid, basically died fighting the Apocalypse and saving Earth but they finished their mission and saved the human race and they accept their fate and say "Bon Voyage" to the citzens of Earth as a way of saying farewell.
Or theory number two: the entire Earth is still destroyed and they are portraying the last citzens of Earth who are staying in one of the last cities standing. But they all know that they failed to stop the Apocalypse and they've accepted the fact that their going to die. Both of these are very bittersweet endings but then again, Dreamcatcher's storylines have never had a happy ending.

Siyeon as always is stepping her game further again. Dami’s rap is insanely weird because I wanna cry. The lyrics chile- she got me emotional for 15sec. Wishing you all the best for the girls 🤞🏽🥰🤍

It's such an interesting song for Dreamcatcher, it has a bit of a different sound with that slower start (like Deja Vu), then hits you with that kind of earlier Dreamcatcher sound, and the melodies are so nice, I especially love the chorus melody, it just hits so hard :D Also interesting how the last chorus gets changed up and really ramps up the energy, and nice to see Dami get some singing parts and that mellow rap kind of similar to Reason! ;o And definitely it's got quite a bittersweet tone, which is kind of different for Dreamcatcher too? :o

I must say, even though I'm not completely sold on the song, the MV is gorgeous. There's certain elements of the song I love but I'm just not for the brighter concept.

Propose remains my favorite song on the album, far and away.
I think it's the new writing team that's throwing me off. Now that Leez is gone and working for Ateez, Ollounder is heading the new team. But then again they did Propose and that song is just glorious. They'll hit their stride I think.
Yeah, I think this MV may rival Deja Vu for me. I do like the song, but it's not top ten for me. Nothing against it, there are just so many DC songs that hit me harder.
Propose on the other hand. That one is really up there for me. Please, please, an MV for this. Even (or even better) a self-made one.
And SuA also hit me particularly hard for me in this song. Not because she was that much better than anybody else, but because she doesn't often get to shine vocally.

That fluffy floating creature probably has something to do with Siyeon. She sacrificed herself to protect Sua (Suayeon❤️🔥), so in the scene where all 7 of them walking forward, Siyeon eventually stopped walking and the fluffy creature accompany the members for her😭
Sua escaping from the exposed building without Siyeon proves this point. Also the scene Siyeon sitting in a not moving car is also a hint showing she is unable to continue the journey with the other members😢 But she's still smiling because she doesn't regret saving her love ones😭😭😭😭
Sua said the fluffy creature is a seed (or a cell) . Seed has a new, reborn image, and that could explain the lyrics "Even if we're a little apart, we're together", It's like Siyeon had left "hope" (the cell) as her new identity (reborn). So maybe it's not the seed=Siyeon, but the seed=the "hope" Siyeon remained
