I'm considering becoming a peer support specialist. I'm just hesitant. I doubt myself. Can I be a leader and guide to someone? Can I handle leading a group session?
If you can be honest about your own experience and be curious about others' then you are well on your way. I have the same doubt but I have made my mind up that I want to work in this field.

Yes.
That's cool most peer support specialists are horrible at it. They are anti Community
