"Cramathon" is just a cover up for what'll be on the test. Dr. Fischer's cramathons are basically the USMLE equivalent of videogame cheat codes. Lots of (USMLE) Easter eggs (there within these cramathons)!! The NBME guys are Dr. Fischer's homies. And somehow the man (Dr. Fischer) friggin knows everything!! I swear. I'm giving you an inside secret. How else do you think people have been getting unheard of, absurdly high scores(in the 270's) since the past couple of years or so.
