Great track. I love Vicious Pink-Vicious Pink Phenomena, and I'll always associate them with Soft Cell, that were basically the soundtrack of my childhood/early teenage years, and I love the footage. 80s nightclubs were paradise for me. I was only 14 when I went to the first one, lol, and from that moment I just couldn't get enough. The music, the outfits. Everything was possible. It was a great time to be young.
Thanks you so much, they were wonderful times! We almost lived in the clubs, especially The Leeds Warehouse where this footage is from. I use to DJ there on Tuesdays and Thursdays, I got to meet many great bands/artists of the times while working there. Thanks for sharing your experiences with us all. Best wishes, Brian Moss.
Is Josie in shot towards the end with the credits dancing with the fella with blonde hair?..The only tell tale is possibly Josie's legs and who could forget those!?..Stunning!. ;-)
Great to see so many familiar faces once again. The Warehouse was truly the place. So many great memories. My brother and I worked behind the bar during 1982-83 and I remember Mike W being a great guy, I was genuinely sad to hear the news. Thanks to all that were lucky enough to be part of it. Take care and keep being yourself. Mike B
Funny thing is the song they're dancing to isn't the track we can here! That's my 2 sisters dancing in thermal underwear! Various other family members and friends in this vid too! My brother Scott was the Warehouse DJ circa this clip as well. RIP Mike x Shoutouts to Giz, Penny, Miki and Gaynor. I have a VHS copy, not nearly as well preserved as this one. I came across this TH-cam video through hours of searching the net after hearing this track on my VHS copy. I had no idea of the track name, I just knew it was the amazing Vicious Pink Phenomena Great track and great band
They made a lot fo singles but never a proper album, and so even with the currently 3 official albums available they are nothing more than collections of singles, remixes, and demos and then there are the other singles that didn't make it to these albums, do If we put them together they could have 2 solid good albums with no demos in them. Make your own mixtape.
Fantastic music from vicious pink ❤

Great track and great band
0:27 is that them ?
AWESOME!! Great memories right there
Cheers Steve, they certainly were!
Love it!
This song sounds a lot like Soft Cell- It's A Mug's Game. Probably intentional since one of the same persons (Dave Ball) helped write both.
Love the Debbie Harry lookalike
1:06 Is that Josie?
No, here is a little clue, you don't see all of her face.
do you think this would get released on vinyl one day ? i love this track so much !
Hi Naomi, thank you, we have a double vinyl album coming out in the near future, also to stream and download, this song will be included. VPX.

It was a fashion show linked with Calendar we think, more research needed!
