I'm gonna say, I'm such a savage, that I'll give my whole hand (and wrist) and once over sniffing to determine if hands are getting washed after a shit. 9/10 times, the answer is no. But you know what else I don't do? Put my hand on public surfaces and then touch food or finger any orifices without washing them. It's almost like.... logical thought....

Tom said in a recent podcast (can't remember which one) that he decided to cut it to make the special slightly shorter. He felt it was kind of an outdated topic and felt good cutting it even though it was funny and had a good audience response.
