Don’t get it twisted, the most important thing to note is that this device is not stand alone. You must already have the $599 service at your home and you will continue to pay the $120/month+ you have to buy the $499 small dish and add at least $30/month for the small dish service so the total cost for internet with the small dish will be approximately $150/month. add the $499/(one time cost of the small dish) if you want to add it to your plan, this starts to get really expensive, does the extra cost justify the price? Do the download and upload speeds of the smaller dish make it worth buying? It would have been great if the new smaller dish was stand alone but it’s not.
