Make housewife hun mujhe golfers elbow ho gaya tha maine orthopaedic ko dikhaya to usmein unhone injection Diya but vah infection Ho Gaya after 15 days and FIR uska operation karvana pada after operation ke bad bhi usmein Sujan hai aaj usko ek do Mahina ho gaya hai phir bhi golfer server mein Sujan hai to aage uski treatment kaise karni chahie please guide me and physiotherapist ko dikhaya tha to unhone usko rest karne ko bola hai but usko Kitna din rest karne ka aur kitne din mein vah aaram ho jaega abhi bhi uski Sujan hai to kya usko icing karni chahie kuchh samajh mein nahin a raha hai to please guide me

सर जी मेरे दाएं हाथ की कोहनी में टेनिस एल्बो का दर्द है और MRI report में grade 3 tear lateral collateral ligament joint effusion joint elbow भी बताया है। डॉ ने सर्जरी का सुझाव देते हुए कहा कि परिणाम की कोई गारंटी नहीं है। क्या इसका भी कोई उपचार है 🙏 🙏

it's help me more, but In my case the golfer elbow injury is not recovering, I am suffering scine 2017, due to fast bowling and long through, I do the same treatment rest for years but when I went to ground within days it appears again. I am just tired of it,
All the test are negative ( uric acid, crp, vitamin D, ANA quantitative, nerve test xry and even mri)
But still it comes Again and again.
Symptoms
Swelling, heavy pain on inner side of elbow, weight lifting, and some time I observe nerve loss from hand.
Plz suggest me better treatment

सर जी मेरे 16 February 2024 ko football खेलते समय किक मार rha था फुटबॉल में 5 foot हवा में ऊपर उड़ा था उसके बाद body का balance सदा नहीं मेरे से और left hand में elbow की golfer bone में लग गयी थी गिरा था ज़ब चक्कर आ गए थे बहुत तेज ज़ब से अभी तक दर्द हो rha है बंद नहीं हुआ है

Hi Awais. Elbow joint dislocation can be because of ligament tear or bony problems. Get an MRI done at good sports injury centre and consult a Sports Injury specialist. This ll be sorted.
