Actually, this demo has a funny backstory. This was originally meant for Britney Spears but her team rejected it. Then it circled around a couple artists (pop and kpop) until Red Velvet got it. EDIT: Pretty sure the other artists were Ariana Grande, Twice & Momoland! It wasn't fully confirmed tho so take it with a grain of salt.
@@hii9791 there are a lot of songs produced sm’s producers and they also do buy demo songs for their artists. SM knows what they’re doing when it comes to their music. They know what type of songs suit each one of their groups. Just bc it’s a demo song from someone else doesn’t mean it’s not worthy. SM also have workshops for songwriters and producers. They acc gave job opportunities to those ppl. They’re an impressive company. Imagine if they think like you, then we would never be able to hear this amazing song sang by these amazing ladies.

Most of Sm producers are foreigners as well, how do u think they gonna train to be idols lol. You are naive to think like that. There is nothing wrong with not being able to write or produce your own music and rely on others. You pay and credit them everything is fair and square. This is how kpop works and SM is literally the OG powerhouse
