always great info!
Thank you!🤗
Great resource
Thank you!!😊
Fantastic! 🎉
Thank you!!
I am so happy to have found your channel!! I, too, have recently learned that I have familial hypercholesterolemia and elevated Lp(a). My daughter's numbers are just as bad. Repatha is the next move, since nothing else is working. Being postmenopausal has presented so many issues on top of other heath problems. But, not being able to drop the extra pounds is so frustrating!! It's the one thing I have always been able to control fairly easily. I'm currently low carb and it's working. Now, I'm focusing on raising my iron and fiber intake. It's a delicate balance. Love your advice!!
I’m so glad! Sounds like you’re on the right track👍. Get that protein up too! I was so excited to drop my cholesterol significantly just with what I was eating. Very empowering!
Thank you so much for this informative video . I loved the way you spoke about adding fiber , i totally understand. I am a 61 year old female, i have changed what i eat daily . I am trying to add more ways to add fiber in my diet . I am on the right track . Thank you very much .
You are welcome, and that is awesome! 👏
Thanks for sharing it, respected ma'am most welcome 🙏 my humble request to share some more raw Fruits for better Gut health issues with get these fiber rich raw Fruits
Glad you liked it! Guava, pears and apples are other good ones. Pears and apples are higher in carbs so it just depends on individual sensitivities.
Stunning
Thank you! 😊

@@FiredUppFitness i have just watched few of your videos, they're all awesome. I don't know why you don't have more subs.
Seriously, you need to do something about marketing your content. Maybe collaborate with Thomas delauer, or something else but do something,
Ha! Well thank you! Always open to ideas of how to spread the word:). 🤗
Wow maam
What kind of electrolytes do you use
The one I use daily is: amzn.to/3PEbY2e
Another really good quality brand is LMNT.
Were you prescribed statins?
No. My dr agreed to let me try lowering it naturally with diet before prescribing. She was shocked how much it came down in 3 months.
I try to follow the 5:1 rule
That strategy is a good start!
I can do better. Help
I would love to help! :) Start by filling out this questionnaire to set up a free coaching call. forms.gle/JvXMVgtBt9Aku8Za8
She is misinformed and actually not informed about the latest standards on the lipid heart hypothesis. Look at different resources. In particular "How cholesterol really works by Dave Feldman" and "Why I don't prescribe Statins Dr. Anette Bosworth".
Unless you are vegan, then you have to look in your community for answers because animal products are required to have a healthy body.
"The Great Fibre Myth" is also valuable information. Just inform yourself and don't just follow to one person's advice.
I am informed and follow Dr. Boz. If you look at my other videos you'll know that I don't follow or recommend following a vegetarian/vegan lifestyle. We need animal protein and at least 30g at each meal. I made this video because I do follow the principles of a low-carb lifestyle (not traditional keto as women over 40 need carbs cycled in for their hormones) along with healthy fats and high protein. However, my familial hypercholesterolemia doesn't care. It's still high and I am doing everything I can to avoid statins, prescriptions, and a heart attack. I have 2 grandparents who died from heart disease and one at 55! I know some are saying in the carnivore camp that high LDLs are not bad. I have very high LDLs (but also extremely high HDLs - which apparently you can have too much of a good thing). I am not even a candidate for statins because I have a high Lp(a). There are still loads of journal research articles supporting fiber, so more fiber is the path (along with plant sterol capsules) that I'm personally taking. So, as you can see I'm very informed. I will be retesting my lipids in the spring to compare and plan to share the results. Thank you for watching.
